Illustrative Example: Resume Review + Phone Screens for FP&A Analyst

  1. Sunaina will meet with the hiring manager to learn about the company, team, scope of engagement, and desired candidate profile

  2. Sunaina will provide a quote for services within 1 business day

  3. Company will give Sunaina access to candidate pipeline, either by granting access to the recruiting platform, or by sharing resumes through an external file sharing tool

  4. Sunaina will begin resume reviews and will revert to hiring manager with 1) list of candidates recommended to move to phone screen and 2) detailed feedback on all resumes

  5. If hiring manager agrees with candidate recommendations, Sunaina will proceed to phone screen stage

  6. After phone screens, Sunaina will revert to hiring manager with shortlist of candidates to move to next stage of interviewing, along with detailed interview notes

  7. Estimated pricing in this example:

    Assume 100 resumes, resulting in 10 phone screens

    $500 for resume reviews + $1,000 for phone screens = $1,500 total cost to deliver vetted candidate list
